Positive thinking affirmations are meant to encourage us to live lives filled with positivity and motivation. We all need that daily dose of positive energy to set the tone for our next 24 hours and to keep us going well after that.

I know that every woman fancies herself a boss babe, myself included but there are some days that require that extra bit of motivation to remind us that even on days when we don't much feel like the bosses of anything, we still are.

Daily affirmations for anyone need not be complex but can and should be simple statements like "I am beautiful" or those you can repeat throughout the day like "Favor comes to me easily and effortlessly". For Boss Babes, daily affirmations should follow the same pattern of simplicity so they can be on hand to get through those pesky challenging days that we all have. I'll be honest and say that I often don't remember to speak any daily affirmations but know that they can and do have a huge impact when I say them.


My advice on daily affirmations for boss babes is to keep them between 5 and 10 to make them easy to remember to do. You can say them in the mornings before starting your day or even just as you are settling in to work to increase your motivation levels. Feel free to write them down on a piece of paper and carry it around with you for accessibility and reference when needed.

Here are some I wrote down for myself but will let you borrow if you need help on how to write your own daily affirmations:

  2. I am confident, purpose driven and intuitive
  3. I trust that I am on the right path in my life
  4. I trust my choices
  5. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
  6. I believe in my skills and abilities
  7. Even when I fail, I choose to fail forward
  8. I am grateful for all that I have
  9. I am creating the life I want to live
  10. I am enough

Feel free to customize your affirmations to fit where you are and where you want to be in your life and speak your affirmations out loud with confidence and conviction. Research shows that people have a higher percentage to think and believe negative thoughts or emotions than positive ones so it is going to take that extra bit of concerted effort to stay happy and positive. It can be difficult but is not impossible to do.
