DISCLAIMER: This will be my very first time writing a review ever so if I don't do a good job here, hopefully my next one will be better. I have more coming!!
Over the summer, the bae and I were gifted a 3 weekend stay at Nylo Dallas Plano Hotel that turned into a rather lovely baecation. Each weekend we were there felt luxurious and kept us itching to come back the next time around.
If you are looking to escape for a day or 2 or maybe even for a full week somewhere local but with all the feels of an international experience, Nylo Hotel may be worth considering. It is located in the modern city of Plano/Frisco, central to Stonebriar Mall and downtown where the famous 'Shops at Legacy' aka the Legacy District can be found. Furthermore, it is an excellent choice for travelers because it is only 20 minutes from DFW airport.
I was personally attracted to the industrial style design of the hotel's interior that give it a cool modern vibe. The loft style suites and rooms have the same theme throughout and are all fully equipped with free WiFi, a Keurig coffee maker, soft comfortable bed, large screen tv and a rainfall style shower in the bathroom.
We had a buffet style breakfast in the restaurant every morning that always tasted fresh and hot. The staff were always warm and friendly and catered to our every need with a pleasant smile. I would always add a delicious mimosa to my meals alongside my peppermint tea and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Other hotel amenities include a nice sized meeting room, gym and outdoor pool area. There is ample parking and a cute bench in front of the building where I took this picture.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to go back to experience more of the things we were too lazy to indulge in.
