MY SHOPPING FINDS: JEWELRY EDITION

Every now and then I like to come up here and not bore you with a whole bunch of text to read. Rather I prefer to just show pictures to illustrate and give you visuals to enjoy.
I must have mentioned before that I'm very much a jewelry person and so on my shopping finds today, it's going to be jewelry edition of some pieces that I've recently purchased and others that I've had for a while but love to wear. My love for jewelry started in my 20s while in college/Uni and by the time I graduated, my obsession was through the roof. I love to pile on rings and bracelets, rock obnoxiously big hoops and statement necklaces and neckpieces.

As the years have gone by, my collection has certainly exploded with the addition of ankle bracelets, toe rings, layered necklaces and brooches.

I got into brooches a few years ago when I saw how girls were styling them; the old classic way on either side of the breast but also as accent pieces to hold up a large scarf. I also like to style brooches on the bottom part of a fitted top for a different look.

Brooches are fun but not as fun as eclectic earrings and stylish rings. I never leave home without adorning my fingers with a few rings and I had 2 extra earring hole piercings just so I could wear more than one pair at a time.

Necklaces are my next favorite pieces of jewelry just because they add so much life and character to an outfit.

I got these for $1 each at the Frisco Mall and love the blue stones and silver chain detail. I'm always tempted to style these with a head to toe monochromatic look because that's just how much I love them.

I could of course only feature a few faves because as you can tell from the picture overload, I have a lot of pieces that I love. So are you a jewelry junkie too? Do you love bold, statement pieces or do you lean more towards the delicate and dainty?
