MY 2022 IN REVIEW

This year has been such an eye opener for me in regards to who I really am outside of all the external noise and narratives that today's culture tries to shove down all of our collective throats. It can be hard to know who you are authentically and honestly if you are not rooted in the One who formed and knitted you together in your mother's womb.

Seeing as this has been my best year spiritually (as I talked about in my previous post, see that post HERE), it has forced me to look a little more closely at who I am and the things that either make me tick or get ticked off. I realize that I am very much a control freak and it has been one of the things that has kept me from experiencing God and how He has been wanting to love and mature me for so many years.

I have also uncovered the many things I have been cuffed to for so long that have equally prevented me from growth and maturity. By the grace of God, I am learning how to uncuff from comfort and convenience and all the ways they have manifested themselves in my life. I know now that I need practical tools to help me walk in continued freedom through processes that promise to keep me on the path of my purpose. I feel like I already have a glimpse into what needs to start happening in 2023 in order for me to see that transition in my life that I also spoke about in my last post. Also see that post HERE.

So as far as my 2022 in review, giving God back the control while I take 'several seats back' is the thing that needs to happen going forward. Worry and anxiety will do nothing but drive me crazy so in order for that to NOT happen, Imma just let my Daddy handle things His way while I stay in the lane He puts me. LOL!

So much more to say and do but I'm gonna park it here for today, say less and do more! So Happy Holidays to all of you my fabulous readers!! Saturday will be my last official blog post for the year and God willing, we shall meet back up here to do this all over for another 365 days!!

Love You Guys!! Thank You for another year of allowing me give you something to read every Thursday and Saturday!!

XOXO
